Welcome to Journey
Journey Church is a place where we exalt the name of Jesus Christ, grow in His grace together, encourage one another, fellowship, laugh, engage in community, and everyone is welcome. Following Jesus is a journey and we need to grow in our faith for it, which is why we believe so firmly in the power of God's Word, the power of praying for each other, and the power of being a passionate church together. We were not made for dullness with the Lord, but rather to worship Him in excitement and joyful adoration. That is our desire!
We need each other in order to live the life God made us for. We believe everyone is made for God's glory and we want everyone to grow and discover their gifts to use them for Him. We look forward to meeting you.

What to expect on Sunday
What to wear
The first thing you’ll notice when you walk into Journey Church is that the people are friendly and welcoming and they are dressed casually. People wear everything from jeans and t-shirts to skirts and dress shoes, but the majority of people dress casually. Even our pastors wear jeans. Wear what you think is appropriate for church and you will be just fine! God is concerned more about our hearts.
Enjoy the service
Sunday morning service is about 90 minutes. It includes contemporary Christian music led by our worship team and solid biblical truth straight from God's Word and made relevant to our everyday life. Without God’s Word we would be hopeless so we are grateful and we exalt it highly as our only source of real truth. “Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly” – Col 3:16.
Bring your kids!
We offer age-appropriate classes for kids at every level (infants, toddlers, and K-4th grade), often including music, games, creative Bible teaching, and other fun activities! When you arrive, talk to a greeter or follow the signs that point you in the right direction. If you would prefer to keep your children with you in the service, that’s fine too.

We have coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts before each service … feel free to enjoy and meet some new people!
